| LATEST: | The Resignor/SWIFFT people wanted me in their group, I told them upfront as a disabled Vietnam Vet on a very small VA Pension that I could not afford to pay the legal fees.. I did tell them I would pay what ever I could, when ever I could, & that I did.. I paid nothing for several months, then I started paying $35.oo for a few months, then later up to $70.oo a month, then after several months I started paying $100.oo a month, then as time went on they kicked me out of SWIFFT took my wife to lunch & told her if she didn’t start to pay $200.oo a month they were going to kick her out too, she said she would, & they let me back in.. As time went on we struggled to pay the $200. & one month I gave them a check for $100.oo & told them I’d have the rest in a few days, they gave me back the check, & later I was told that I could have some extra time to pay, but now they wanted $400.oo instead.. I DON’T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY, NO WAY…!! Had they kept taking my money they would have had over $5200.oo more in their pocket, & they would have not paid all that other money to sue me when it didn’t get them anything but cost them a lot..!!
I didn’t have that kind of money so I was dropped.. Sadly there are those in that group that started to run out of money, but SWIFFT let them bow out, & got them to remove themselves from the Federal Law Suit.. Now since the SWIFFT “KING” was telling all we were going to win hands down, the Judge would issue an order for the reasonable attorney fees to be paid first thing as soon as we won the case.. Then my bill would have been wiped out.. Now maybe he knows something about the direction the case is heading that he decided he wanted the money, NOW.!! ?? I registered with the Federal court as a Pro-Se Litigant, meaning I had a fool for a lawyer, ME..!! I am working on a plan that will provide me with an experienced Trial Lawyer before that case goes to trial (apx. Oct. 2014) I had let the SWIFFT group put a lien on our property so they wouldn’t have to worry about me selling & scooting out of town.. But one day the SWIFFT GOD, told me my world was going to be crashing down around me, (he forgot to say he was going to be the one to yank on it all)… So they decided they wanted my house for them self, so they could fix it up & make a killing on the sale of it.. So we started moving out of it, a little at a time, my attorney made them an offer through their attorney that would have me just sign the house over to them, as long as I could have until the 31st of Dec 2013 to get my stuff out.. They refused. Then I was talking to the Mortgage holder about refinancing it, or just let them sell it.. Well best I can figure SWIFFT didn’t want the mortgage company to sell it because it could set a minimum bid limit, but they knew if it was sold at a Sherriff sale, the Sherriff would take high bid even if it sold for $5,000.oo so they sued me to get an order for the Sherriff to sell our house which cost them thousands of dollars, (which they are billing me for) but of the 3 main things they wanted from the court, they got (one) the one thing I had no objection to, as for the other two items they asked the court for, well I won those, the judge ruled in my favor, but them mad ,I’m guessing because I got the court to uphold my “12 month right of Redemption” meaning that even if the Sherriff sold the place I got to keep it one more year & could still get it back.. So what did they do, “NOTHING” they refused to send the court papers to the Sherriff for sale.. The Mortgage company was going to sell the place a week ago, & had they I was going to have until Jan 20th to get moved out, 3 weeks longer than I had asked SWIFFT for, but I got a short stay, halting the sale, so now I have at least two more months, to finish moving, & I plan to get that sale stalled off even more.. It’s funny they posted the order on the SWIFFT B-Board, to show they won something, but didn’t follow through on it, what a waste of the courts time & their money… They have been taunting RISA over it’s choice of insurance carriers & the high cost of RISA’s insurance as a waste, but at this point the one really wasting money is SWIFFT.. In my personal opinion, but what do I know.. THIS IS I JUST SETTLED WITH FANNIE MAE, THEY WROTE ME A CHECK & I GAVE THEM THE KEYS, & ALL THIS HAPPENS TO BE 2YRS AFTER I MOVED OUT & 2 YEARS AFTER I WAS WILLING TO SIGN IT OVER WHEN THEY REJECTED MY OFFER..——P.S.—- OH, I might add that the judge ordered the parties to all settle out of court, cool thing is I’m glad I stayed in the case as I believe I’m the only person out of over 50 plaintiffs their insurance companies had to write a check to.. So we bought 2 cars one for her & one for me, but hey it’s better than a kick in the head, & we still lost a lot in the long run… Bob 1/11/2016

| Statement | One of the SWIFFT Board members had made the statement that she hoped none of her friends lost their house over the law suit stuff, then she came after our house, I guess we aren’t friends anymore.. {sad, nice person} |
